Fabulous Little Fall Finds

The title of this adorable old book sums up exactly how I feel about our home.

 The dining room has always been my favorite room in any and all of the houses I have called home.

I am always looking for things for my kitchen and of course my dining room.

 Cute little red basket. I will probably shoot some paint on it to liven it up a little

I found these festive pot holders at a little holiday boutique in my neighborhood. 

And while strolling through the Salvation Army, I spied these 3 cuties. Ohhhhhh that bowl just sent me over the top!

It was $7.00 (had to be mis-marked) but thank you very much,

 I will take it!

Yield To The Yard Sale

My husband rarely says "hey there's a yard sale, wanna stop"? But last weekend he did and I wasn't gonna say no. 

 I love these knitted pot holders. I think they will look so pretty on my Thanksgiving table.

 Scored this ceramic bread bowl on clearance at Target. The faux pastries were found at the Goodwill. 

I'm not really a "blue girl" but these goblets were a steal at $.25 a piece at the yard sale and I have some blue dishes in my collection that would go nicely with them.

 

These apple plates caught my eye. So glad we stopped. Thanks honey!
