Valentine's Around My Cottage

I have a lot going on around my cottage but couldn't resist decorating for the holiday dedicated to romance.

This is the side table in my entry way.
I love to decorate it for the changing seasons and holidays.

Cherubs and teacups are my favorite

I found these adorable cherub candlesticks at the thrift store.....yay for me!

Cherub happiness

Love is all around my little cottage

My husband keeps telling me I have too much stuff. It makes me happy to display all my pretties.

I love pretty little things

This is our dining room

I realized after I took these pictures that I should have put one of my pretty tablecloths on the table.

I found this adorable vintage purse at an antique shop a few years ago.

More cute Valentine decor

That little Brach's candy box is one of my favorite Valentine decorations.

This is a religious magazine I found in a bin at an antique shop.
This little gem is dated 1949.....love it!

A big sparkly red heart hangs on the cabinet in our dining room.

I hope cupid brings you lovely Valentine greetings........

And most important, may you always find
"Love in your Heart"

Smiles,

Debbie

It all looks wonderful Debbie! Just beautiful. You have such a sweet cherub collection, and great score in the new candlesticks.

Men always think its too much, but aren't we good at ignoring their comments. ;)

Happy Valentines Week! Hugs, Pam

Love seeing your sweet and pretty Valentine goodies. Love your farm table! ("When" we do some wall knocking down, I'm going to have a nice big farm table so we can all sit around it together..) My hubby thinks I have A LOT, but so does he, LOL! Plus, I can always say, "it's for re-sale down the road!"
Thank you for thinking about me and for your sweet comment!
love,
deb

Hi Deb,
Boy I need to get more stuff, you really do have a lot of pretty things. Thank you for your nice comment on my site. So I will re pay it by saying how pretty you look in that Red dress. I don't think I have a red dress, maybe I should get one of those too. I really need to go shopping.

I just love your home, it's so pretty and full of wonderful vintage things. I especially love that Wee Wisdom book, what a great little piece of history you have there! Thanks very much for having me on your blogroll! Take care - Dawn @ We Call It Junkin.com

Thank you for remembering me Debbie :-) Cant believe that its going on 2 years since my last post!!
Your Valentine decorating is so sweet and I can see all the love you put in it!
Your 50's collections are so cool - I used to have 2 Hoosier cabinets and regret selling them when we moved into our current house :-(
Cheerfully,
Lynn
