My Fiance is taking me away for the weekend............my last New Years Eve as a single woman.........Happy New Year!

I will be spending Christmas Eve in church with my family .........I cant think of a better place to feel so close to God our Father who sent his Son to save me, a sinner, but redeemed by His grace.

Spontaneous Antiquing.......

Me and my guy were running some errands over the weekend and managed to fit in a little peek into the new antique shop in town..............
I found some sweet treasures and we didn't spend more than $20.00.

I just loved this vintage (looking) match holder.........never seen one like this before. I think it was like $4.00. I had to get the milk glass ashtray.....just because!


I am totally "stuck" on Vintage Christmas items this year. I saw these little boxes of ornament hangers and for $1.75 I just couldn't say no. The ornament is not vintage but pretty none-the-less.

I love little white pieces like these. So sweet and so quaint, the little Wilton trivets were $2.00 a piece. I think I might paint them white.

Cute little pink basket that will be perfect for the "card and gift" table at my wedding. So vintage looking.

Just A Little Plant Stand.............

Hit The Salvation Army a couple weeks ago and found this sweet little stand. Let's just say I saw the potential.................

Oh yes the potential to be shabby-fabulicious!!!!!

The crystals are from Target's Christmas decor department. Cost me $1.00 a piece. I am such a happy girl!

Last weekend me and my sweetheart went and did a little antiquing. Found all of these adorable vintage ornaments in a little basket for $5.00

I have been drawn to the "Pinks" this year. Just like the traditional reds & greens of Christmas,I dont think they ever go out of style.
